Where the order lines come from
1Create the PO in the PO Wizard (or any draft PO for this supplier).
2Click Review & submit to supplier on the PO. Cydekick builds Nexmart's CSV 2.0 order file and shows it in readable form, with any problems flagged.
3Download file gives you the exact text that will be sent. Submit uploads that same file by FTP to the folder for the selected environment.
SandboxTest upload only. The PO status does not change.
ProductionLive order. A Draft PO moves to Sent, and a note is added to the PO's chatter.
Every attempt (sent or failed) is kept with its exact file, and can be downloaded again from the review page.

CleaningAny character other than letters, numbers, dot, dash and underscore is replaced with an underscore. Include your own extension, e.g. .csv
{po_name}The PO number exactly as Cydekick shows it, e.g. {{ $sampleRefPo }}. Two POs created in the same minute get a "-2", "-3" … suffix — that is a same-minute disambiguator, not a meaningful revision number.
{po_name_base}The PO number with any trailing "-2" style suffix removed, e.g. {{ \Illuminate\Support\Str::before($sampleRefPo, '-2') }}.
EANThe barcode on the product's supplier price list entry for this supplier. If that is empty, the product's own barcode is used. Nexmart match on EAN first.
Article no.The Product code on the supplier price list (the Festool article number), max 20 characters. Used when the EAN is unknown to Nexmart.
QuantityThe PO line quantity. Whole numbers go as 5, fractions as 1.250.
BlockedA line with neither an EAN nor an article number cannot be submitted. Add them on the product's supplier price list, then reopen the review page.
